  25. Well Linux is a great OS, but 32-bit hardware has been around for ages.
  26. I think the VAX from around 1978 was 32-bit and I think VMS was
  27. 32-bit clean on it at the time.  I'm not sure though since I could
  28. barely talk when all this stuff came out...
